Our Furniture Has Arrived!

We ordered our crib and dresser on Friday at BRU. We were told it would take about 2 weeks to arrive. They called Tuesday to tell us it was here and AJ was so excited, he had it delivered last night. Three of his friends came by after they left the Rangers baseball game to help get the boxes upstairs. We had to dismantle our game room/office (now the nursery!) The futon is in storage beneath the stairs, the tv/tv stand are now in the guest room and the computer desk will be housed in our room until we buy a laptop. AJ is planning to put everything together this weekend with the help of one of his good friends. Can't wait to post a photo of the nursery in its' early stages!

It's a.... GIRL!!

We're now a part of Team Pink!! Our "Mini-We" is a girl and we're so excited! DH brought his video camera (good thing, since they didn't have recording capabilities for the sonograph) and the tech gave us pics of her head, foot (she likes moving her feet), a profile picture of her face and a shot of the "goods"! We may have to go back in a few weeks because they said her head is down really low and they couldn't get all the measurements/information they wanted to, so we may get another look. Everything looked/sounded good and she's got a good amount of amniotic fluid. She's measuring one day ahead of her due date (which is right on target). At my Dr.'s appointment this afternoon, they told us her heart rate was 156. Just wanted to share the news!
