Sasha's a Big Sister!
Deciding we needed a little bundle of joy to share our love with, we adopted a Lhasa Apso (Sasha Q.) -the "Q" stands for Cute with a "Q" according to DH- on July 14th, 2006 (See pictures below). Now that we're expecting, our family is growing again and we can't wait!
Of course, our furbaby is a little spoiled. Not with material possesions necessarily (although she does own multiple beds upstairs and downstairs and a substantial toy and treat collection coupled with a modest wardrobe of mostly necessities); she's spoiled with affection. It's hard not to love such an adorable, fluffy cutie pie!
Sashas' hobbies include playing with her cousin Romi the Pomeranian and going to the dog park. Her favorite activities are eating, sleeping and playing with her plush squeaky toys.
Now that she's a big sister, Sasha is very careful to make sure the baby isn't on the couch before she jumps up and she supervises her little sister when she's in her crib and at bathtime (I think she's glad she's not the one 'in the crib' a.k.a. 'kennel' or 'getting bathed'!)
